What is LEGO® Serious Play®?
LEGO® Serious Play® is a facilitation method based on the principle of “Hands-on, Minds-on” thinking. With the support of a certified facilitator, participants use LEGO® bricks and a structured process to stimulate creative thinking, help teams gain deeper understanding, and establish shared goals.
During the process, participants build three-dimensional models using LEGO® bricks to represent topics through symbols, metaphors, and associations. Numerous clinical studies have shown that facilitation using LEGO® Serious Play® enables participants to imagine and communicate more deeply than traditional thinking alone.
